Dragon Chicken







A quick recipe for a Yummy Weekend.
Goes perfectly well with a simple Ghee Rice.

Well, I am not a regularly perfect cook but can cook perfectly over weekends following a defined recipe for the dishes..

Here we go with the exact Recipe of Dragon Chicken..

Ingredients :
Boneless Chicken - 1/2 kg (cut into small pieces)
Turmeric Powder - 2 tsp
Red Chilli Powder - 1 tbsp
Coriander Powder - 1/2 t bsp
Garam Masala - 1/2 tbsp
Cumin Powder - 2 tsp
Chicken 65 Masala - 2 tsp
Pepper Powder - 1 tsp
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tbsp
Curd - 1 tbsp
Egg - 1
Rice Flour - 1tbsp
Corn Flour - 1 tbsp
Maids - 1/2 tbsp
Water (to sprinkle)

Tomato Sauce
Butter
Big Onions - 3
Capsicum - 1
Ginger Garlic Past - 2 tsp
Red Chilli Powder - 2 tsp
Salt


Procedure :

1. Marinate the chicken pieces with Ingredients under Marination
2. Refrigerate (in Freezer) for 3 to 4 hours
3. In a kadai , put some butter , wait for 30 secs
4. Fry the Onions for 3 mins , add in ginger garlic paste and fry until raw smell goes
5. Add in small pieces of Capsicum and fry for 3 mins
6. Add chilli Powder , salt and the tomato sauce and fry for 5 mins
7. Sprinkle some water and fry for 5 mins
Saucy for the Dragon chicken is ready
8. Heat oil for deep frying in a kadai
9. Drop the marinated chicken pieces in the oil
10. Simmer the stove and turn the pieces to the other side
11. Put the fried pieces into the sauce prepared
12. Mix all the pieces with the sauce
13. Sprinkle some fried cashews over the dish

Serve the Hot Crispy , Saucy , Dragon Chicken.
