Peaks and Valleys

 I read this book named 'Peaks and Valleys' by 'Sponsor Johnson' recently and I enjoyed, realised and visualised every line of it. Making Good and Bad times work for you - At work and in life , is the essence of the book. 

This trip took us through the routes that wa studded with very high peaks and deep valleys enroute. 

I felt I need to map those quotations from the book with the views that I saw..

From the book's point of view, Peaks means success and valleys means failures.

Charu's Labour and the Little Princess

Not even in my worst nightmares of Life , I had thought that I will not be there to hold my sister's baby on the First Day. Something I have never though would happen.. Now she is in Labour pain , I am here in a far off Land , sitting and typing this. I have always seen her as my little baby Doll. November 6 1995 , my mother was in her Labour for her second baby and it was my 5th birthday. Me and my sister share the same birthday :) I was 5 years old then and my little soulmate was born. September 4 2020 : Charu - my sister , GJ(Kiruba) - my sister's husband , Amma , Appa , Athai - Charu's Mother In Law , Charu's Father In Law , Aaya - my Grandmother and our dear Little Amudhan . Ofcourse on call support - me and my husband Vicky. Rekindling Love and Life

Let's look after ourselves and each other.. This whole day is dedicated to self healing..!!  Just to do all the simple little things that can lighten our life in these tough times.. It started as days of lockdown,  turned into weeks , months and now its going on in years. With these lockdown and days of isolation , many of us feel we are completely uprooted from our normal happy life's routine. Along with our day to day lives , our relationships are also disturbed and are not taking the actual growth curve as they suppose to be. I wholeheartedly wanted a whole day for myself or I can say a whole day for ourselves. It also reminded that it is not only enough to just look after ourselves but we will have to look after each other too..
