White Sauce Pasta
A simple recipe for white sauce pasta with an authentic taste.
Ingredients:
1 cup pasta
4 to 5 cups of water
Salt (Req)
Garlic (3 pods finely chopped)
Garlic (3 pods finely chopped)
1 cup veggies chopped(carrot,beans,capsicum,green peas)
For the white sauce:
3 tbspoon butter
2 tbspoon maida
1 cup milk
Chilli Flakes(dry chillies can be cut into small pieces)
Pepper Powder(crushed pepper)
Method:
1. Boil water with required salt.Add pasta into boiling water until it is 3/4th cooked.
2. Pressure cook the cut veggies with correct amount of water.
3. Heat a pan in low flame, add butter , when it melts add garlic , maida and keep stirring for 1 to 2 mins
4. Add milk and keep stirring continuously for 4 to 5 mins till you get a creamy mixture
5. Add crushed pepper,chilli flakes and salt to taste
6. Add the cooked pasta and the veggies and mix it well. Check taste and add salt and chilli flakes as per requirement
Serve hot pasta with tomato sauce.
